Thinking of starting a non-profit but don’t know where to begin? We can help.

1. We will fill out and submit all Government documents, both federal and

state. There is a fee, by the government for filing but we will tell you all the

costs up front.

 

2. We will give you all documents necessary to operate the non-profit

including the by-laws.

 

3. You only have to supply the missions statement, list of board members and addresses.

 

4. We will supervise you in each step. Once the non-profit is established we will continue to supply any and all support necessary.

 

5. If you are affiliated with an already established non-profit and want to work side by side will set you up with an affiliate agreement.

 

6. We can do Web site development and maintenance, and branding.

 

7. The cost is on a sliding scale with scholarships available.
